Slow computer...is it malware!!!?

Our family computer needs an overhaul! It is used by 3 teenagers that use it for pretty much everything...music, vids, IM (Facebook) etc. My computer knowledge is basic (self-educated repairs!!) so I know very little about malware, spyware etc and how they work or how to find them. I would appreciate it if someone could take a look at the DDS reports I have saved to see if there is anything sinister going on.

I have AVG anti-virus and Spybot installed and do all the necessary deleting cookies etc to try to prevent it slowing up.
