No, it shouldn't, but references to the old company domain and previous domains will be removed.
You can set up any new network you want.
My understanding is that this corresponds to your wishes.
Edit: If it doesn't work the way you want, you can reset the Registry to the condition before the changes using ERDNT to perform the Restore. This is why we made the backup.
