Some help

I usually dont get viruses
but i blindly downloaded a file not paying attention and its on my other laptop
but when i ran it sadly i did run the exe not on purpose though

when i ran it it disabled my keyboard (laptop) so i used a built on screen keyboard and
then it started to disabled most things so i ran a system restore it obviously did not work
and then it deleted all my virus protection programs like deleted there source file then i ran
safe mode with network and i re downloaded one of them and installed it but when i try to run it
it deletes it i really have no clue at this point i can download team viewer also

disabled task manager also
also when i re download a virus protection program and install it when i go to scan it deletes the whole program

I can download files on the laptop but if it starts to do a scan it gets deleted

or any suggestions

In order for us to help you it is necessary that you provide us with a DDS log, and it is possible you may be able to do this by following these instructions:

Download/run Rkill:

Please download Rkill from one of the following links, using another computer if you cannot use the infected one, and save it to the infected computer's Desktop:

• Double click on Rkill.
• A command window will open then disappear upon completion, this is normal.
• Please leave Rkill on the Desktop until otherwise advised.

Note: If your security software warns about Rkill, please ignore and allow the download to continue.

Next, please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your DDS log. If you are unable to create and post a DDS log, then your only option may be to reformat your computer and reinstall the operating system.
