Hi, and thank you for replying about my issue. Below is the link to my original post with my log info. I should add that I have run Malwarebytes on the advice of a very good friend of mine who has been an IT tech for several years now. It showed no Malware present. I am still having the freezing issue and am officially out of options, other than taking it in. I also appreciate your concern in helping me, and I completely understand that no one has been able to reply to my post until now.
