Problems with internet explorer mozilla , etc

I have this annoying but not that harmfull problem :

each time i open a link or new tab i get a new window with this link

file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/

and a tab with this other link

i tried in safe mode with mozilla disable all ad ons and made S D search also antivirus and nothing will work it keeps on opening windows with IE it opens just blank pages same with other explorers help plz this things are driving me crazy
