Help! i'm infested with a Keylog

Hi, i learnt yesterday that i have a keylog,
i'm a total noob at pc's and all that and i have NO idea how to get rid of it
all my passwords on websites have been changed etc..
I tried reformatting but i had no idea how, please help me.
