PUM.bad.Proxy Removal- NEED HELP!

I was infected with this "bad proxy" since saturday, and i scanned with MBAM, and even though it said it had quarantined and deleted it,my internet is still not working. However, i am able to get on sometimes, only for an hour or two. Would greatly appreciate help, thanks.
