How do I get rid of trojan horse viruses. I have 4 and malware didn't find them and avg said they cannot remove them. I don't really know what I am doing messing where only a tech should go but like so many I'm unemployed and need the use of the internet to job hunt and I keep getting redirected. I opened an email from what was stated to be UPS and then my computer crashed and troubles began.
