Problem/virus with Administrator Rights

Unread postby guiltybydesign » May 26th, 2011, 7:29 am

I uninstalled windowblinds today and when restarted my user was reset to default(black desktop, empy My Pictures, My music etc.) The name was PiRi, and when I log in it still says PiRi, but when I check in adress bar or somewehere else it shows theres a new account-PiRi.PiRii-PC (That PiRii-PC comes form the laptop name, thats what its called-PiRii-PC)
I dont have a backup, I have a copy of all my important files in F:\ but they are 2 months old, so I basically lose 2 months of documents and pictures. The size of the C: isnt changed, so all the files should be somewhere there, but I cant access them.

Thats how C:\users look like http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v202/ ... oard01.jpg I cant get into the PiRi folder, it says I dont have rights, nor I can give admin rights to any account-it seems Im using a standart account right now, even if I click "Run as admin" programs(such as TDSSkiller) wont install-You dont have access etc.

What should I Do?

You are receiving help at another site:

http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/ ... 76529.html

While we appreciate that you very likely posted at multiple forums in order to ensure a response, that only serves to tie up the time of multiple helpers who could be using that time to help someone else who also has problems. Although there are many forums that handle logs, there are not so many helpers; most of us help out at several forums. In addition, the results may not work out so well when you're following different instructions from different helpers. They may suggest different approaches for the same problem, all of which may be good; however, system conflicts may arise if different fixes for the same problem are applied simultaneously.

In the future, for your sake as well as ours, please refrain from requesting help from multiple forums. Choose one, and stick with that one until they've resolved your problem.
