When we help to clean your computer of infection, and you return to us later with an infection contracted by the use of P2P programs, we will refuse our help. In addition, in spite of being repeatedly reminded of the importance of running an anti-virus, once again none appears to be installed on this computer.

In spite of repeated infections, and warnings against P2P filesharing, the computer owner has opted to reinstall P2P software and refuses to use an anti-virus; therefore, no assistance shall be provided by this site.
