just an update...I cannot connect to the internet with the infected pc. Please tell me what else to download to a working pc then transfer via usb flash to the infected pc.

As you cannot connect this computer to the internet, and must download files to another computer and then transfer them to the infected computer, you should do that with a CD or DVD rather than a USB flash drive, which could more readily be infected.
