crazy "windows security center" has taken over the PC!!!!

It seems to only affect my son's user account on an old Windows XP machine.

Hello quirkasaurus

I notice the software on the computer, for example Windows, is well out of date. Also MRU has moved on to using DDS as an initial triage tool. Can you please read >this topic< and post the relevant logs.
