Infected by Rootkit

Hello ,

My computer has been infected with Rootkit win32/adinstaller and similar,
processes svchost.exe or 5 appear, eset nod32 online didn't help, constant running Avira is not in help as well.
Tested some combofix too - not succesfully. If you could help - I would be more than happy :o
