Hosts file keeps getting hijacked!

My hosts file keeps getting jacked after I restart. Also, when I open a new tab in Firefox, it first goes through click.W3i.com and then goes directly to Yahoo! search. Here is my Hijackthis log.

UAC Advice

• All applications I ask to be used will require to be run in Administrator mode. i.e. Right-click on and select Run as administrator.
• The Operating System (Windows 7) in use comes with an inbuilt utility called User Account Control (UAC).
• When prompted by this with anything I ask you to carry out please select the option Allow.

Uninstall List

1. Open HijackThis.
2. Click the Open the Misc Tools section button. (If you don't see that button click the Main Menu button first)
3. Click the Open Uninstall Manager... button and then click the Save list... button.
4. Save the uninstall_list.txt file to your HijackThis folder. (C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis)
5. Copy and Paste the contents of uninstall_list.txt in your next reply.
