redirected, blocked sites, blank screen

over the past week or so i've noticed that when searching through google it redirects me to different sites, ive done a scan with spybot search & destroy which came back clean, then scanned with malwarebytes it found a few adware & a trojan agent these were removed on re-boot but still having the same problem of being redirected on google search.

any help would be much appreciated.
