Google Redirect Virus

I need help with removal of Google redirect virus. I've tried some things from eHow that have not worked. I could not find the regedit.exe in System32 of the Windows file. I also tried to find TDSServ.sys in hidden devices to disable as told and could not find that. Please help me, was not impressed last time I took my computer in for virus removal.
