Malwarebytes - examine infections during scan?

I scan nightly with Avira Antivir Personal (free) and recently did a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes (MVW), the free version. No problems. Today I registered MWB (mainly because I wanted to do a 'flash' or memory scan, which isn't in the free version; it found nothing). Now I am running a Full Scan. During this the message 'Objects infected: 3' has appeared.

Some 4 hours has already elapsed and I expect many more hours because my extrenal 1TB drive is relatively slow. I'm surprised that there seems no way to see what the infections so far actually are. I could at least be researching them. Ideally I'd have hoped the program would also let me remove them before the full scan finishes?
