Spigot Inc removal with HJT issues! Gahhhh!

Hey guys,

Can you please help me remove the Spigot, Inc programs I've got on my laptop (Dealio Toolbar v4.0.2 and Search Settings v1.2.3). I already tried to remove the Spigot Inc programs through safe mode but it didnt work either!

My laptop is windows 7 and the Spigot Inc programs were apparently installed on 22/11/10 even though I have no idea how they got on there! My laptop has been running extremely slowly and takes forever to start up and my programs all keep freezing - even HJT stopped responding! I've had issues with HJT as it first comes up saying its been denied write access to the hosts file and then when i go to save the log it wont do it! So I currently have no HJT logs saved!

Response asap would be much appreciated!
