Something isn't right - please help!

My computer has been recently struck with a serious case of malware. I ran scans with Malwarebytes and Spybot. I have removed all problems these programs have found but I suspect there may be a more serious bug somewhere deep within the computer. Everytime I boot my computer the regular Loading... screen is replaced with Setup is preparing for first time use (I recently recovered my computer), and when I log in I am greeted with a Sysprep window. I click OK on this window and it proceeds to do its job, but it returns with a fatal error.

I see from your HJT log that you're using a 64 bit operating system.

Unfortunately, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.
