okay so we probably all know about the bios malware right? the one that survives hard disk wipes and reformats, and even bypasses firewalls and AVs, wet dream for hackers. my pc kinda acquired that, conclusively, since no matter how many times i reformat: the antivirus and firewall screw up and wont update , a blue screen appears everytime on heavy processings, and the bios only accepts windows xp os (which is the most vulnerable), it wont reformat in linux or windows 7, we've already updated the bios in hopes of wiping the malware but it failed, rare shit huh?, anyway i'm looking for any solution plausible, and the most advisable one i can think of is to somehow purge the bios (uninstall/reinstall it if thats possible), so please help me, i cant waste precious money on a new pc, it's actually an interesting case, any solutions?
