Starting up and shuting down my computer is extremely slow. My documents, control panel and other things do not open at all. It just says Windows Explorer not responding. The weird thing is that internet explorer works now (it didn't before) and I can switch from one internet site to another pretty quickly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
