Help! Lost all network connections

Hi, I got infected with the Antivirus Action couple of nights ago, was able to end process and remove the .exe last night, but was not able to find the H_key files listed on different "remove antivirus action" sites. Now, I can't access IE, emails and my network connections, add hardware under Control Panel are blank, device manager cannot function. Tried to repair windows but CD does not have the capability to do so, only install the complete windows XP. Cannot also do system restore, as it had been turned off. Please help. How can I make my windows working again? Where are all the H_key files associated with Antivirus Action software?
