Hi - I'm very sorry for having erred regarding my first (and it seems last) attempted post concerning Adobe reader malware. However, I am none the wiser as what I have done wrong. This doesn't surprise me one bit, I'm afraid to say. So I will continue to search for a help forum whose format and rules of engagement are more readily understandable. I will close my account the moment I post this comment, so there's no need to respond. Regards, Tony.

Pretty much all forums will want some kind of log from you to enable them to analyse your problem and give appropriate help.

The rules and reasons for them are fairly well spelled out, and should not have been beyond the understanding of any educated person ..... viewtopic.php?f=11&t=47959 ..... sorry you found them so difficult to comprehend.
