Windows Vista virus or rootkit problem.

I have a laptop with vista. It is extremely slow, and will give me blue screens every once in a while. I have ran multiple scans on it with symantec and malwarebytes, and have taken out many trojans. After all this it is still very slow especially at startup. I have posted my hijack this log file here. Please help with this.

Please Note:
The programs I ask you to run need to be run in Administrator Mode by... Right clicking the program file and selecting: Run as Administrator.
Additionally, the built-in User Account Control (UAC) utility, if enabled, may prompt you for permission to run the program.
When prompted, please select: Allow. Reference: User Account Control (UAC) and Running as Administrator

Uninstall List

• Open HijackThis.
• Look under System tools.
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Click on the Save list... button.
• It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
