Brand New Win7 64bit computer, sometimes aint right

Had this computer now for 2-3 weeks, i no 64bit has some issues with a/v so I'm not sure if mine doing its job, HiJackThis shows alot of "missing files" and Unknowns... so im worried, althought this asus computer did come with alot of bloat ware that could be the cause of some of it
