Our laptop was being hijacked during browsing, my son downloaded and ran combofix without permission he saved the log, he did not know to have a helper first what should we do

Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log by pasting it into your post. Also, paste your ComboFix log into the same post.
