You are expecting instant help. That isn't going to happen. This site, as well as almost all other help sites, is supported by volunteer helpers at no charge to the user. Everyone has their own "day job" to handle, as well as family and other obligations. This site is not their life.
We understand that your needs may be emergent. If that is the case, than an online forum may very likely not be your best option, and you may be better served by taking your computer into a trusted local repair shop and having it fixed there.
