Several days ago I started to have a problem with something called security tool, just keeps coming up and stopping me using computer. Stops windows mail, printer, downloading things that may help with the problem. Even in safe mode downloading malwarebytes fails saying your security settings wont allow this download. I have McAfee installed on computer, windows vista home premium up to date. Tried lots of things but nothing works to get rid of it. I am far from being an expert and would be grateful for any advice you could give.
