I will have some recommendations, but first could you help me with a few details?
What problems are you experiencing?
Do you have the paid version of Ewido, or is this the trial version? Has it been installed recently?
I don't see evidence of a firewall. If you click Start, Control Panel, Security Center does it show a Firewall ON?
Are you familiar with "Life DTV" remote control?
