Welcome to the forum.

I see from your log that you are using Windows Vista with No Service Packs installed.

As the computer has been used online in such an insecure condition the only course of action that I can recommend is to reformat and reinstall the Windows operating system than apply ALL available updates to ensure Service Pack 2 is installed.
