Hi there, I am new here, my friend told me to come here to see if I could get help. I bought this laptop from my brother,and apparently it had a virus on it and I didnt know it. I had norton, but it couldnt find it, I bought system mechanic, but it says all is good to. it keeps pulling up and redirecting me to pages I didnt choose to go to, and its been sending out spam from my email accounts. Can anyone please tell me what to do. Thanks
