Please tell me what to delete in my log

Hi i have done a few scans with malwarebytes, superantispyware, and hijackthis. Antimalware doctor keeps getting deleted when im under safe mode and then it pops back up under normal mode. Can you please tell me what files i need to delete.
My computer is a dell...
