Redirected from google searches/ running slow

Hello, My name is Susan and I hope that someone here can help me
My computer has been running a bit slow, but I had no real indication of any problems until last night when I did a Google search and when I clicked on the link I was redirected to a website selling something. Hmmm, me think to myself, bad link. Try another search result. Same thing. This happened on several attempts before I decided to see if I could have success with another search tool. I tried Yahoo and Good Search. Same thing. Still going on this morning. I run SpyBot. There were 8 entries that couldn't be fixed- win32 agents.ws/TrojansC-05.
A friend directed me to HijackThis. I ran the scan and here is my log,

• Open HijackThis.
• Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
• Look under System tools.
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Click on the Save list... button.
• It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
• Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.
