hi, and thanks in advance for your help
i have this malware in my computer.
it keeps opening hidden iexplorer.exe processes, and i can hear them making the sound of clicking, when they browse pages.
also, it put the volume down, it seems it is doing this so i won't hear the clicking sound the iexplorer makes.
i tend to end the processes manually whenever i hear the iexplorer clicking sound, i keep playing music to know if the volume been put down.
occasionally, some popups appears showing adverts
also, a lot of svchost.exe processes running.

i have norton 360 installed and updated, not catching it.
i did full system scan and it did not do any thing.
i downloaded Microsoft malware removal tool, did full system scan, didn't catch anything
downloaded malwarebytes' anti-Malware, did scan, didn't catch it either

please help, i don't feel save anymore to bye online.

thanks

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can give you appropriate instructions.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, and which tells you what we need you to post so that we can help you.

This thread will now be closed.

If you still need help, please start a new thread with:-
  • A HijackThis log
  • An Uninstall list
  • Details of the problems you're experiencing

If for any reason you can't run HijackThis, please let us know in your post.
