Hijackthis log analysis needed - Computer slow, pop-ups

Hello All,

My computer gets excruciatingly slow throughout the day. I get these odd pop-ups. I ran Malwarebytes with the most recent updates in safe-mode and that found nothing. I've attached the hijackthis log as 'hijackthis.txt'. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks in advance.
