a missunderstanding, still have the hijacker

Unread postby inspectordave » June 8th, 2010, 11:17 pm

I posted a message that stated that the computer I have this hijacker on is a business computer. As this is my business, and I am the only employee and this is my computer, the only business related activity performed on it is e-mails. My helper closed my forum and it sounds like he thought this computer is part of a large corporation or something. I am a one man operation and I am the only employee. There is nothing on this computer that is business related other than e-mails. The vast majority of things on this computer are personal and not business related.

So is there a possibility we can open this back up again??

Thanks

Dave

We are sorry but it is the policy of this site to work only on computers that are not in any way associated with business use, regardless of the size of the business. Therefore, we cannot reopen your topic.

A reformat and reinstallation of the operating system is the best option for an infected business computer as wiping the hard drive is the only way to be certain that the infection has been eradicated. A business, no matter how small, should never put its data at risk.

This topic is now closed.
