Problems with DHCP Client and redirect to ad pages online

I first noticed I am being redirected to advertising pages when I Google something. Then ad pages would pop up anytime. Then I couldn't get online after restarting unless I would go to Run - services.msc - DHCP Client - Start the service. I ran Malwarebytes Antimalware several times and it would find things and remove them but new things would show up the next time. AVG was running but never found anything. I tried Mcafee antivirus and it fixed a few things but the problem remained. Here is the Hijackthis log:

OTL
Download OTL by Old Timer and save it to your Desktop.

• Double click on OTL.exe to run it.
• Under the Custom Scan box paste this in

• Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
• When done, two Notepad files will open.
  
  • OTL.txt <-- Will be opened
  • Extras.txt <-- Will be minimized
• Please post the contents of these 2 Notepad files in your next reply.

Gmer

Download GMER Rootkit Scanner from here.

• Disconnect from the Internet and close all running programs.
• Temporarily disable any real-time active protection so your security programs will not conflict with gmer's driver.
• Double click the .exe file. If asked to allow gmer.sys driver to load, please consent
• If it gives you a warning about rootkit activity and asks if you want to run scan...click on NO
  
• In the right panel, you will see several boxes that have been checked. Uncheck the following ...
  • IAT/EAT
  • Drives/Partition other than Systemdrive (typically C:\)
  • Show All (don't miss this one)

• Then click the Scan button & wait for it to finish
• Once done click on the [Save..] button, and in the File name area, type in "Gmer.txt" or it will save as a .log file
• Save it where you can easily find it, such as your desktop, and post it in your next reply
• Exit GMER and be sure to re-enable your anti-virus, Firewall and any other security programs you had disabled.

-- If GMER crashes or keeps resulting in a BSoDs, uncheck Devices on the right side before scanning -- If you continue to encounter problems, try running GMER in safe mode


**Caution**
Rootkit scans often produce false positives. Do NOT take any action on any "<--- ROOKIT" entries

Note: Do not run any programs while Gmer is running.
