Not sure if something nasty is running in the background

I'm worried that something might be hiding in the background and absorbing credit card info or something. I had the fake antivirus malware a few weeks ago but I believe I removed it. I don't know what Iveqea.exe but it's concerning and I cant find the .exe file in the directory but HJT says that it's a running process. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, IE and Chrome are not working anymore. I think I smoked them when cleaning the last virus.
