Help needed for suspect activity

Hi...Im getting new broswer pages opening up but always ending up at google...... so I did a Highjsack this scan and here is the result. ANY HELP woudl be greatly appreicated. BTW.... I ve deleted avast since I did the scan.
In the Windows task manager I also see 2 or 3 IEXPLORER.EXE lines whcih is unusual.

• Launch HijackThis and click Open the Misc Tools section
• Under System Tools > Click Open Uninstall Manager
• Click on the Save list... button. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt
• Please post the uninstall_list.txt in your next reply along with a new HJT log.
