I recently was attacked by a Trojan and I feel that it has been removed. But ever since then winpatrol has been popping up with an alert for a change to DLL (picture below). I keep clicking no each time to be safe in case it is a virus. But I have done virus and malware scans but can't find anything. But this alert keeps reappearing even 10-20 minutes. What should I do?
