Your computer has signs...

Today I got a popup that said something along the lines of "Your computer has signs of malware and viruses..."

I immediatley removed my internet connection and rebooted my computer without clicking on any of the buttons on the popup. That said, I've been bitten once before and I want to make sure I'm not infected at the moment.
