I was trying to evaluate how my PC is performing as requested by my helper. It has been less than 3.5 days since the last post. Please re-open it.

When a topic has not received a response for three days after a helper's last reply, the helper may request that it be closed. That is why your topic was closed. It will not be reopened. If you still require help, you may follow the instructions you were given, e.g., start a new topic and wait for a new helper.
