virus again

Well, it has been awhile but have been infected again. I have a son who loves to run lymeware, not sure I am suspicious. Anyway, I was not able to run my McAfee scan, kept getting stuck. Could not run any online scanner until I tried Panda. It stated I had: generic worm, Trj/CI.A, and tracking application - Application/PR...

I did run malwarebytes and thought it may have removed some of this as I don't get the pop up messages anymore. But, I stll cant install spybot or run any antivirus scanner. Please help me clean this up.

I am having trouble saving the uninstall file. I think i save it and I go back to find it and it is not there.

I see from your HJT log that you're using a 64 bit operating system.

Unfortunately, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.

Due to the above stated reasons, we do not at this time offer support for 64 bit operating systems. We are sorry that we are currently unable to assist you.
