As you are unable to access the internet and/or run applications, seeking help in an online forum where the ability to produce logs is necessary in order for your computer to be evaluated is not really a workable option.

Your computer is obviously badly infected to a point where it is barely operable. In such cases, the best option is to reformat and reinstall your Windows operating system. If you are not comfortable doing that yourself, then you should take your computer to a trusted local shop and have the work done there.

As this issue is best resolved with a reformat and reinstallation of the operating system, this topic is now closed.
