IE and Firefox Hijacked and Chrome won't connect

First, thank you for any help. I've been using Chrome as my browser. Left a few tabs open in the morning. Came home to find I had an AVG message saying it blocked some sort of attack. Everything seemed fine and Chrome was still working. I closed it down and later opened it to find that it just hangs on a blank screen without making any sort of connection. I then tried Firefox and IE and found they both connect, but have been hijacked. I restarted in safe mode and have run Spybot, Adaware, AVG, and Malwarebytes. They each found a few things which I took the recommended actions on. I rebooted back into normal mode to find Chrome still not connecting and the other browsers still hijacked.
