Hi all, I am not greatly computer literate and have this virus on my laptop and haven't a clue how to get rid of it. Started following instructions on My Anti Spyware and got as far as It's driving me mad. Thanks, Billyblueboy.running the analyser then hadn't a clue what to do. How do I go about getting help with this?
