Need assistance removing Malware from my school website

Unread postby gmorey » April 2nd, 2010, 6:41 am

I received a note from google telling me that my website had malware and that is was blocked. I verified my site with google and went to the webmaster page to see what the problem was. Google was not able to identify the problem but I went to the recommended site bandwarebusters.com and they were able to identify some of the pages. I logged on to the server bluehost that hosts the site and was able to find and delete the malware parts that I could locate ( or so I thought, I am not familiar with html not programming at all so I am working blind here). I received a email from bluehost saying that my website was hosting malware and that they were suspending me until I remove the malware and the "The page that was reported to us is http://www .tokyomontessori.com/index.php the type of attack that was performed on your site is such that potentially all the files on your account may have been infected with malicious code, I would recommend that you review that file to see what the malicious code looks like and then you will need to review all of the files on your account to find and remove all malicious content. to have the account re-activated you will also need to find the security hole that was used to put the malicious code in to your files and close it".
I had someone design the website for me with a backdoor that enabled me to cut and copy word documents so that I could change the content of some of the pages, I think its a cms?? so maybe this is where the malware entered.
anyway I ned to get the website up and don't know if I need to hire someone to assist or what , if so where do i look.
Thank you in advance.

I see you are posting for help for what seems to be a "Business" computer.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read before posting for help.

The section Posting for help for business machines explains why we do not offer help for such computers.
