Got hit by something this morning - help

4 min read

This thread's last reply is from March 27, 2010, 11:06 PM UTC. Software, malware, and removal-tool advice below may be out of date — treat specific steps and download links with caution.

Thanks in advance for any assistance. Something happened this morning where a site launched and it launched a blank .pdf file. Edit to add: I was using Opera when it happened. Attempts to run Malwarebytes and AVG either haven't worked or come up empty. Any ideas? (Consider me somewhat unsophisticated on these types of things.)
