Computer used to send porn emails for 3 days straight

My computer has been sending porn email to, what seems like, a list of names in alphabetical order from my contacts and from unkown ones. Also I have been sending IMs filled with porn links to people in my conatct list. Please help me get rid of whatever's controlling my computer!

I have scanned with the following fully updated programs:
