Personal Security is killing my computer PLEASE HELP

My husband seemed to pick up a little, I mean a HUGE virus or something. I do have a hijackthis of it.

It is the Personal Security worm or whatever... Someone PLEASE help.

The only way I can do anything is to restart the computer and before the PS loads hurry and open a program that I need and it seems that if I get close to something that will "fix" it, it blocks me. This is truely aggrivating.

I have a highjackthis log, but I can't post it until I reboot my computer and either send it to my other computer to post here from there....

I see from your HJT log that you're using a 64 bit operating system.

Unfortunately, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.
